Oppression vs. Teamwork

We can all work together with the people we consider as friends, there is no need for oppression, as long as each other's points are gotten across teamwork outworks oppression. People are being hammered around by life, mostly because of the oppression they put out, what you give is what you get or have got and people's lives revolve around what they have got. You can put a stop to all this by working together with what you have and focus on what you can do to make the situation better, if you allow compromises.

Without compromise, you are always right in your mind, and people don't like those kind of people who are always right. All people don't think the same, for this exact reason there are not many compromises being made.
